Masterclass Education - free online continence care training for professional caregivers

Delivering outstanding care starts with confident, informed teams. TENA Masterclass Education provides free expert-led training in continence care and is designed to support Professional Caregivers in Care Homes. Through a series of live webinars, you’ll gain access to high-quality, practical learning that empowers you to provide the best possible care for your residents.

What to expect from Masterclass Education

Masterclass Education is ideal for professional carergivers and care home managers looking to:

  • build confidence in providing continence care
  • access practical strategies that can be applied immediately
  • support residents with complex needs through enhanced understanding
  • demonstrate continued learning with certificate of attendance and a learning summary

Sessions are free to attend. You can register for one or all sessions - the choice is yours!

Browse the 2025 Masterclass Learning Events above. Choose the session you would like to attend and click the 'Register' button. You will go through to a registration page where you will be prompted to fill in your details. Your email address is required to register. Complete the form and click register.

Complete Registration

Following registration, you will receive an email with all of the information you need to attend the webinar. This will include the link to access the livestream on the day. You can add this to your calendar, but don't worry you'll get a reminder a few days before the event too! You will need a WiFi connection and the link will open up the session in your web browser. Note: your colleague can also watch the event with you on your laptop or computer, if they do not have an email address to register for the event.

Certificate of attendance

Immediately after the event, your certificate of attendance will be sent to the email address that you used to register for the event. And a few days later, you will also receive an email with the event learning summary and other educational information to continue your learning journey. Note: if your colleague watched the webinar on your laptop or computer, we can also organise a certificate for your colleague, just let us know.
