      TENA Identifi troubleshooting fims

      Green light

      After being placed on the product the TENA Identifi logger flashes a green light for 15 seconds. This means it is working.

      Orange light

      An orange light means that the battery is low and needs to be charged.

      If the logger light is orange it means that the battery is low and needs to be charged

      Red light

      Red light means that the logger is not working. Contact TENA customer service for assistance.

      No light
